Lemon Salmon Linguine

Lemon is THAT babe, hate it or love it it’s in 9/10 of dishes we eat whether it was used a flavour enhancer or to even soak ingredients.

I’m a honey and lemon tea type babe, nando’s lemon and herb babe, lemonade, sprite, 7up whole shabang you name it bro wherever lemon goes I FOLLOW.

This meal was like a random one I came up with in aldi, I saw the lemon linguine and thought boom issa meal bae, and it actually slapped, I was starving after work and I swallowed it up like it was gonna leave me for another family.

Anyway, this shouldn’t take too long to chef up, enjoy baddies, mwah x

Let’s make it! (serves 2)

You will need:

  • Lemon linguine (Got mine from Aldi) or normal linguine

  • 2 Lemons

  • Salmon filets

  • Double cream

  • Onion

  • Red bell pepper

  • Parmesan or a dupe if it’s too spenny

    Process:

  • Bring salted water to a boil & cook linguine until al-dente or according to pack instructions

  • Season salmon with salt & pepper and squeeze some lemon juice on both sides

  • Air fry the salmon for 15 mins on 180 or fry in a pan in some fry light.

  • Dice Bell peppers and Onions and fry in some fry light until the onions is translucent.

  • Add in double cream to the pan and season with some all purpose, old bay and lemon pepper seasoning.

  • Add In Parmesan Cheese and when the sauce thickens turn off the heat.

  • Mix the sauce into the linguine add more Parmesan because you can never have too much

  • Serve with your gorg lemon salmon and done a quick easy meal!
