Garlic BBQ Chicken bites

Here’s the thing, I love you guys but, to share my mac&cheese recipe that needs a whole post hahaha! So here’s the ingredients for the Garlic BBQ bites x

Enjoy xx

Ingredients:

For the Garlic BBQ Sauce:

- 1 cup BBQ sauce

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Chicken Bites:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the Garlic BBQ Sauce. Set aside.

2. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes. Place flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in the third.

3. Coat each chicken bite in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally, coat with panko breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (180°C).

5. Fry the coated chicken bites in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Ensure the oil temperature remains consistent.

6. Remove the fried chicken bites and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

7. In a separate pan, heat the Garlic BBQ Sauce over medium heat. Once heated through, add the fried chicken bites to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

8. Allow the chicken bites to simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes, ensuring they are well-coated.

9. Remove the chicken bites from the sauce and serve immediately. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Enjoy these flavorful Garlic BBQ Chicken Bites as a delicious appetizer or snack! Xoxo
