Saturday’s are for salads!!! & cinnabon x

I had a bittersweet day, I’m so out of energy nowadays but it’s all part of the process of healing my body¿?

I wanna take a weekend trip to somewhere so that’s something for you guys to look forward to….

Guys who said education was okay, because it isn’t, who said we should be allowed to flippin go to uni because i wanna meet them round the corner are you berserk im TIREDDDD i am done with these damn due dates and assignments and learning rubbish in general i want freeeeedom freeeedom!!! No word of a lie when i get my degree you guys won’t hear the end of it I’m gonna break dance on this app and embarrass myself.

In other news i had cinnabon today its been a hot sec but i needed it because cramps are cramping, my moderated diet is going well the most important thing I’ve taught myself is not to feel guilty about eating my fav foods, it’s honestly helped me so much mentally in this process🫶🏾

But yh lets make this quick salad. (Serves 4 )

You will need:

  • Red onion

  • Tomato

  • Avocado

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Cucumber

  • Feta cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Lime juice

Process:

  1. Pretty easy, chop all the veg and throw it in a bowl

  2. Add in pomegranate seeds

  3. Crumble feta in

  4. Drizzle a table spoon of olive oil

  5. Drizzle a teaspoon of lime juice

  6. Crack some black pepper in

  7. Minor tings got yourself a salad goodie x
